Customers

The trust and satisfaction of Amway's customers is an important precondition for the company's success. But treating customers in a fair way is also a matter of course on ethical grounds.

As an active member of the global “World Federation of Direct Selling Associations” and of several national direct selling associations, Amway supports the development of and compliance with codes of conduct for the direct selling industry. These codes serve the protection of customers and require, for instance, that customers must not be pressed into making a purchase, that their privacy be respected, and that they shall be provided with comprehensive and truthful information on products.

But Amway goes beyond the legally required standards and offers its customers a voluntary satisfaction guarantee: if a product should for any reason not meet the customer's expectations, it may be returned at any time and without providing any reason. In those cases, customers are of course eligible for a refund of the purchasing price.
